Tramore is a town situated in the South East coast of Ireland, 10 km from Waterford City. Waterford Regional Airport is located 6 km from the town. The town has a population of over 10,000 making it the largest in County Waterford.
Tramore was traditionally a tourist town, but has now positioned itself as a town open to all business sectors. The Riverstown Industrial Estate is suitable for light industrial and professional service based companies. The town’s retail offering has grown in recent years with the introduction of the Summerhill business centre, and large supermarket chains and small retail outlets have opened. There are also a number of zoned lands available for potential commercial development.
