The essence of the scheme is to encourage Chamber members to be aware of other members’ services available to them and to encourage business-to-business opportunities on a local level. - Open to all Chamber members and their employees (note: members must pay their annual membership subscription fee to participate in the scheme)
- Scheme will run annually from 1st January to 31st December and reviewed at the end of each Chamber year.
- Members may apply terms and conditions to the offer which must be sent to the Chamber to be held on file. If terms and conditions are applied we need to be made aware of what these terms and conditions are.
- Where new members join the Chamber throughout the year they too will be asked to join the scheme and details of new member offers will be circulated to all members via email in real time.
- Should Chamber members wish to avail of your offer they will identify themselves as a member. You will be able to check a company’s membership criteria through the Chamber membership directory. You will also be able to call the Chamber during office hours to confirm eligibility to the scheme.
- Should a dispute arise then the decision of the company making the offer will be final.
- Details of the scheme are also included in our weekly News in Brief which we send to local papers and WLR Business Brief Show.
In time and for future years if the scheme is successful we shall consider some form of sponsored membership card which will contain sponsorship opportunities. |
