MONERE Development Services Ltd is owned and Managed by Monica Murphy. It is a private limited company which is fully tax and insurance compliant.

Murphy holds a Bachelor's Science Degree in Applied Computing from Waterford Institute of Technology, a postgraduate Diploma in Training & Education from NUI Maynooth, a postgraduate Masters Degree in Education and Training Management from DCU. She is qualified to teach FETAC accredited programmes in Customer Service, Project Managament, Sales Management and Coaching for Performance.

Since graduating in 2000, Murphy has held training and development roles with a number of Europe's largest and most successful companies. These roles have centred around the design, development and delivery of SoftSkill courses and the strategic alignment of training into the business as a value add component. She has been responsible for conducting organisational learning needs analysis, planning the solutions for this and evaluating the results. Her experience is from three very different and distinct industries: Telecommunications, Construction and Outsourcing. This demonstrates her ability to adapt and to shape the delivery of the courses to the relevant industry. Her approach to learning is mixed method so as to vary the medium through which training is delivered. All participants are encouraged to actively take part in discussions on the many SoftSkill topics.

In 2010, between the months of September and December, Murphy delivered a course in Customer Service at FETAC Level 5 to 180 learners in order to maximise CCMA Skillnet funding availabilty. All 180 learners achieved either a Merit or a Distinction.

Murphy is an affiliate of the IITD (Irish Institue of Training and Development) and the CIPD (Chartered Institute of Personnel Development. She is also a Chartered member of the CIOB (Chartered Institute of Builders). Murphy has had numerous articles published by the IITD on the subject of Learning and Development and writes online articles for www.corporatetraining.ie.
