Established in 2003, Datastore is an off-site file management company, the largest in the southeast. We provide a full range of document storage and data management services to both the public and private sector. Our clients include hospitals and clinics, banks and building societies, pharmaceutical and engineering companies.

Based in Waterford, we have a state-of-the-art premises (50,000 sq ft) with perimeter guard fencing and 24/7 mobile patrol, remote monitoring and CCTV security. There is also full temperature and humidity control plus a fire and heat resistant vault with special gas suppression.

We continue to invest heavily in the latest technology and staff training. We were the first in Ireland (and only the second in Europe) to receive the quality mark for records management (ISO 15489-1:2001). We also use the market leader in records management (ONeil Software) for complete traceability.
