From the 1st of January 2009, a Building Energy Rating Certificate is compulsory for all homes being rented.
The BER is similar to the energy label for a household electrical appliance like your washing machine. The label has a scale from A to G. A rated homes are the most efficient and G rated homes are the least efficient.
When you give us your quality property to rent, we will have a BER Assessment carried out on your property absolutely FREE.*
The Cert you will be given is then valid for 10 years.
