Dr. Traelach Tuohy is a Specialist in Periodontics. Dr. Tuohy graduated with a Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) from The School of Dentistry at Cardiff University in Wales, UK in 2001. During four years of general practice dentistry in Carrick-on-Suir, Co Tipperary, Traelach completed a diploma in Clinical Dentistry at Dublin Dental School, Trinity College Dublin. In 2008, he completed a three-year program in Periodontology at the University of Seattle, Washington, USA with a Masters of Science in Dentistry (MSD) and a Certificate in Periodontics.

Dr. Tuohy currently practices in Waterford and Cork. His practice is limited to Periodontics and Implant dentistry. Traelach is a diplomate of the American Board of Periodontology and is currently the President of the South Eastern Branch of the Irish Dental Association. Dr. Tuohy is also a member of the American Academy of Periodontology, the Academy of Osseointegration and the International Team for Implantology.
