Kilmeaden Fields is a 105 hectare (260 acre) site with 26 hectares (64 acres) designated/zoned for development located just outside Waterford City at the gateway to Ireland’s South Region. Waterford city is the intersection point for Ireland’s bio-pharma/life sciences and ICT/international services industries. The city is home to the region’s university-level institution Waterford Institute of Technology; a highly developed industrial infrastructure and regional offices for state-funded development agencies IDA Ireland and Enterprise Ireland.
