 Established in 1787, Waterford Chamber is the leading business representative organisation in Waterford with a membership of over 700 businesses. The Chamber represents the interests of its members and actively contributes to the economic development of Waterford.

Our mission is to champion the cause of business in Waterford. We will achieve this by providing our members with the best advice, training and support available. We will promote Waterford and influence decisions by driving the local agenda, connecting people and creating opportunities.
The Chamber achieves its mission by:
- Acting as a strong representative voice and lobbying body for local business
- Promoting industrial, commercial and retail development
- Acting as a catalyst for change
- Bringing together various interests for the overall good of the community
- Encouraging local enterprise
- Providing a network for business contacts
- Providing a link with Europe and the EU
- Organising business conferences and seminars
- Providing Certificate of Origin service for exporters
- Disseminating business information amongst members
- Representing Waterford business at Regional, National, European and Worldwide levels
- Constantly developing a range of services it offers its members
Service Code
Waterford Chamber believes in providing a friendly, professional, reliable service that is responsive to the needs of its members. These members are representative of all sectors of business life in Waterford and the membership ranges from sole traders and professionals to large companies and multi-national corporations.
