Operating on a Global Stage
Waterford Chamber has built up a unique relationship with London Chamber helped in no small way by Mr Patrick Kennedy, a native of Waterford and board member of London Chamber. For the past number of years Chamber Presidents have been invited to events in both the House of Lords and the House of Commons. Last year former President Kathleen Fitzgerald together with Paul McDaid attended a Dinner at the House of Commons as Patrick Kennedy’s guest.

Waterford Chamber is working with London Chamber to identify potential opportunities for our member businesses that might arise in the lead up to the Olympic Games in London 2012. The Chamber has negotiated a special rate with London Chamber for our members to use the business centre at London Chamber.
Waterford Chamber also has a business agreement with Newfoundland Chamber and continues to work on relevant initiatives with Chambers across Europe.
