 Waterford Chamber is proud to announce that it is one of six partners to host the Enterprise Network in Ireland, our other partners are Sligo Chamber, Cork Chamber, Galway Chaber, Dublin Chamber and Enterprise Ireland Innovation Relay Centre, this new network replace the old European information Centre network.
The new network offers support and advice to businesses across Europe and helps them make the most of the opportunities in the European Union. Our services are specifically designed for small and medium enterprises (SMEs) but are also available to all businesses, research centres and Universities across Europe.
The Enterprise Europe Network is made up of close to 600 partner organisations in more than 40 countries, promoting competitiveness and innovation at the local level in Europe and beyond.Whether you need information on EU legislation, help finding a business partner, want to benefit from innovation networks in your region or need information on funding opportunities, this is the place to start.

 Waterford Chamber Enterprise Europe Network (formally EIC) recently visited the the ITnT Trade Show, Austria’s largest trade fair for ICT and Telecommunications, as part of their involvement in the EU Match Making Project. The event was organised in conjunction with MicroTrade, a partnership programme between InterTradeIreland, the County & City Enterprise Boards and Enterprise Northern Ireland.
The event saw 14 participating businesses travelling to Vienna with Waterford Chamber Enterprise Network and those businesses taking part in 150 pre-arranged meetings with companies from over 20 countries as part of an EU Matching event. Initial feedback indicates that a number of working partnerships and significant sales will be generated over the coming year as a result of the Business Matching and Co-operation Project.
