Managing Director, Pat Dunphy is recognised as one of the foremost experts in his field, with over 20 years experience in Occupational Health and Safety. Pat has graduated in 2006 from University of Salford Manchester, with a Masters Degree in Safety and Environmental Law. Along with this unique safety and environmental qualification, Pat also holds a diploma in Health, Safety and Welfare at Work which was obtained from UCD. He also holds a National Certificate in Science (Applied Biology) and a National Diploma in Biotechnology. He has post graduate experience in the chemical and pharmaceutical sector and has extensive experience in the implementation of quality assurance systems including ISO and TQM.  In 2007, he qualified as an accredited commercial mediator with Friarylaw & ADR Group, Bowe Street, in Dublin.  This Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) process is an alternative to protracted and expensive court cases, and was recently used to successfully resolve a high profile dispute involving Pat Kenny and his neighbour. 
He is also a Chartered Member of the Institute of Occupational Safety and Health (CMIOSH) and the American Society of Safety Engineers (MASSE).
