Appreciative Inquiry: Facilitating a powerful process used to draw out the strengths and positive features of an organisation as the impetus for change, rather than maintaining a negative “we are broken and need to be fixed” attitude and subsequent behavior set.
Six Sigma Generation IV: ICTI has partnered with the co-founder of the Six Sigma approach to business leadership, Dr. Mikel Harry. In collaboration with Dr. Harry and the Six Sigma Management Institute in the US, we teach clients to how to apply the latest generation (Generation IV) of Six Sigma logic and reasoning. These principles, drawn from immense success of Six Sigma over the past two decades, may be applied in one’s personal, home or work life.
Corporate Workshops and Leadership Development:  We offer a number of training programs in the area of coaching and personal development in the workplace. Our “Coaching Conversations” course has rapidly become widely accepted throughout Ireland, the US, and locations in Europe and the Middle East.
