These regulations go beyond the traditional thinking of the definition of designers in relation to construction projects – designers now include everyone involved in the design process, including architects, engineers, quantity surveyors and project managers.
One of the principle requirements for designers is to ensure the application of the Principles of Prevention in the design process.
This seminar will provide participants with the necessary understanding of how to apply these principles.
In addition, the seminar will also address the key issues for those who will be involved as Project Supervisors for the Design Process including, hazard identification, risk reduction, preparation of a safety plan, and compilation of the safety file.
This seminar will be of benefit to architects, engineers, designers, project managers, quantity surveyors, contractors and all those involved in construction projects.
