Andy Irvine – Hailed as ‘a tradition in himself!’, Andy Irvine is one of the true legends of the Irish music scene, Andy Irvine of Sweeny’s Men, Planxty and Mozaik fame never fails to amaze with his virtuoso playing and his timeless songs. He has travelled far and wide collecting styles, songs and tunes, and now we can enjoy the fruits of his ‘labour of love’. A troubadour in the real sense, he has been described as ‘Woody Guthrie with a bazouki’.
