In order to celebrate the City's hosting of the Terra Madre Festival, a group of local restauranteurs are delighted to present "A SLICE OF WATERFORD" on Saturday 6th of September from 12 to 4 pm in a Special Marquee in Jenkins Lane Car Park. Each restaurant participating will offer some special dishes with the focus being on local produce. Witness the emerging philosophy of "Slow Food" for yourself. Great food, music, spot prizes and lot more on the day make this event a great way for all the family to involved in the festival. Feel free to ask questions of the chef's or just sit down and relax.
